Exploratory pages for Mayn Kneydl, a book about matzoh ball soup, in Yiddish. These pages have writing that explores the transliteration of Yiddish, composition of the lyrical prose and images that explore composition of final illustrations in the book, forthcoming upon location of a publisher. Made in gouache and acrylic during a residency with The Arts Center in Corvallis, 2022.
